The Natural
Gait and Ion Inn
are near Marquette, Iowa
The Ion Inn and The Natural Gait provide a
scenic peaceful haven for a wonderful safe getaway experience. Whether you
are looking for a family vacation, a honeymoon spot, or just a rest from the
fast pace of daily living you will be thrilled with your experience at The
Natural Gait located in NE Iowa.

Enjoying life in a natural setting are
among the many possibilities available to you.
We have many types of lodging and camping choices. Our three
fully-furnished cozy log cabins are perched high on the ridge
overlooking the Yellow River. Cabins sleep up to eight and are located
at The Natural Gait along with the Lofty Haven, which has two private
bed rooms, plus a roomy loft. The Ion Inn and the Mule-Tel are located
at Ion Exchange just a few minutes from the cabins, right alongside the
Yellow River.
The Lodge's Great Room comfortably holds 50 people for dinners,
receptions, meetings, and more.
You can get catered meals for any affair
or event. Upstairs at the Lodge are dormitory style rooms which are often
used for retreats, weddings, or if you are just needing a room. The Natural
Gait is very pet friendly. Pets are welcome at The Natural Gait .

MULE-TEL).
We are even a horse hotel, covered Hi-Qual
Stalls are available for horses. Just inquire about your pet when you call.

Bright are the owners and your host and hostess at The Natural Gait. Their
philosophy is a natural way of living and giving back to the land, which
they have created with the Ion Inn and The Natural Gait. Their vision
includes their understanding of people, horses, and all that nature has to
offer. With the building of these beautiful cabins, the Ion Inn, the
Mule-Tel, camping sites, and much more, you can now share in this
